Frisco ISD
On April 6th, 2024, the Frisco Independent School District (Frisco ISD) hosted a much-anticipated Health Fair at Memorial High School, marking a return to this event since the COVID pandemic began.
The health fair was a hit, drawing in hundreds of students and families eager to learn more about health and wellness. Various vendors set up booths offering insights into nutrition, yoga, physical health, mental well-being, and more.
Mindful Bites was also present, dedicated to helping students and families make mindful choices about their nutrition and overall well-being. Their visual aids and engaging approach made it easy for attendees to grasp the importance of mindful eating.
